At the March 2015 Annual Meeting, the membership established a Bylaws Committee to draft needed amendments to the MLERMI Bylaws.

The resulting draft was unanimously approved by the Membership at the 2016 Annual Meeting.

Below are the current Bylaws as of March 19, 2016, plus a summary of the amendments made. A copy of these current Bylaws was included in the 2017 annual mailing.
