EMAIL (email is preferred - email is the most efficient way to contact us, especially if you have a question about a payment. Emails go straight to our bookkeeper, who is often the only one who can address your concern.  If you call, it will go to voicemail and someone will call you back in a day or two. In either case, please include your property's street address or TMK number or lot number. And please be patient, we are all volunteers!

Sept 24, 2022. Several people have reported that their mail to us was returned. Our address has not changed and we don't know why this is happening. We have notified the Post Office and are terribly sorry for the inconvenience. However, If you simply mail it again, it should go through.
